 ke to learn how to mend. No experience needed.\n\nMarch 23 – Freezer Mea
 ls (led by Amanda Smith)\nParticipants will receive a budget-friendly shop
 ping list and bring their own ingredients to create four weeks of freezer-
 ready dinners. Learn how to save time and money by cooking and prepping me
 als in bulk.\n\nMarch 30 - Emergency Preparedness (led by Claudia Braden)\
 nLearn simple\, realistic ways to be better prepared for everyday emergenc
 ies and unexpected situations. We’ll cover practical basics like buildin
 g a small emergency kit\, staying safe during power outages or storms\, an
 d what to keep in your car for breakdowns or winter weather\, so you can f
 eel calmer\, safer\, and more confident when life doesn’t go as planned.
 \n\nThese sessions are open to all ages and abilities - no prior experienc
 e needed. Youth under age 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. C
